Neighbor Allegedly Burglarizes Neighbor. 4 Arrests, 4 Kids, shotguns, computers - LASD Lancaster Lancaster Sheriff's Station Detectives Sullivan and Williams received a burglary in progress call at 10:50AM Friday, on the 600 block of West Avenue H-12, in the City of Lancaster. Information included that two men were taking appliances from a home and loading the items into a gold colored Chevrolet Malibu. While driving to the location, detectives witnessed a male matching the suspect’s description walking from the 600 block of Woodgate Street, Lancaster, and detained him for burglary. The lone male initially stated he lived in Palmdale but law enforcement records revealed he was on active parole and lived across the street from the burglarized home. In the subsequent investigation detectives searched his home and recovered the stolen computers, electronic equipment, and loaded shotguns valued at $4000 which had been stolen earlier that day. During a search of his residence, a second male suspect and two additional female adults were detained and later arrested. The females were arrested for accessory to burglary and child endangerment charges being their children, ages 2,4, 6, and 10 years had access to the loaded 12 gauge shotguns leaning against a wall in a bathroom. The children were taken into protective custody and released to the Los Angeles County Department of Children Services. The victims were neighbors who were out of town. Arrested by Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies: 23 year-old Trinity Parker, male resident of Lancaster 18 year-old Kevon Gardner, male resident of Lancaster 22 year-old Markia Parker, female resident of Lancaster 23 year-old Swafford Marsell, female resident of Lancaster
