Jeff Chavez is grossly mistaken. The court hearing he is referring to was in a small claims court where an attorney is not allowed to attend. He was contact and was told we wouldnt be there and appropriate data would be sent in our place considering we couldnt attend a small claims matter. He was advised he could attend but was his choice. Jeff Chavez has grossly misread the case minutes and is completely mistaken on the course of events. There has been ZERO money dispersed from the bank levy and RMS is in receipt of NO monies from this case. Had he read the file or called he would have been advised accordingly.

Palmdale Sheriffs searching for attempted Murder Suspected, by Bail Bondsman in Palmdale

As a business member in Palmdale Ca., we at All American Bail Bonds often receive community reports from local law enforcement, the following information was provided by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department regarding their search for an attempted murder suspect who is at large.

Please review the following information for further details.

Palmdale Sheriff’s Station is seeking the public’s help in locating an attempted murder suspect behind a domestic violence incident that occurred on Monday April 4, 2011. 

On April 4th Ordaz and his girlfriend became involved in a domestic dispute over narcotics use and at one point during the dispute Ordaz jumped on top of the victim and began strangling her with a handmade rope. After blacking out the victim awoke to find Ordaz punching and striking her in the face while still on top of her. The victim managed to push Ordaz off of her and he fled the location stealing her vehicle in the process. The vehicle was later located abandoned. 

Rafael Ordaz is described as a 35 year old Hispanic Male with black hair and brown eyes. Ordaz is approximately 5’10” and weighs around 300lbs. His arms are heavily tattooed and he has a patch of white hair near the top right portion of his head.

Palmdale Station is seeking the publics help in identifying a Robbery suspect.
Palmdale Station is seeking the Public's help in identifying a Robbery suspect that used a knife to steal 10 IPods’ from a local retailer yesterday afternoon.

The suspect, whom employees recognized from multiple visits before, entered the store and asked an employee from the electronics department to open the glass case containing IPods’. Once the case was open the suspect produced a knife and demanded the employee place all of the IPods’ into the suspects backpack.

The suspect then fled the retail store into the parking lot of the establishment.

The suspect is described as an light skin, adult male black approximately 6'01" and weighing around 180lbs. During the time of the Robbery, the suspect was wearing black pants and a red hooded sweatshirt.

Long Beach Police looking for Kidnapping Suspect, From Bail Bondsman in Long Beach

We at All American Bail Bonds have just received information pertaining to an attempted kidnapping in Long Beach. The Long Beach Police Department and Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department are asking for the public's assistance in locating the suspect.

The Long Beach Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with the attempted kidnapping of a young girl that occurred on Monday, March 14, 2011, at approximately 8:00 a.m., and a composite sketch is now available.

The 14-year-old female victim was walking to school in the area of Lemon Avenue and 20th Street when she was approached by the suspect who grabbed her by the arm and pulled her several feet down the street before exposing himself to her. The victim was able to get away from the suspect and reported the incident to police once she arrived at school.

The victim described the suspect as a male Black, 25 to 30 years-old, 6’0 to 6’3, 170 to 190 pounds, short black cropped hair, light brown eyes and possible moles or acne pockmark-type scars above both cheeks. He was wearing a brown hooded sweat jacket with yellow stripes running down each sleeve and navy blue cargo pants.

With crisis comes fraud. How you can help Japan (and yourself)
Best wishes to the Los Angeles County Fire Department Technical Services Division - California Task Force 2, who are in Japan assisting with the earthquake and tsunami recovery efforts.

Meanwhile, many members of the public want to help too. Experts indicate that the best donation is money so that supplies can be purchased close to the affected areas. This saves on transportation costs and logistics.

Unfortunately, while many people are extending a helping hand, criminals use the opportunity to cheat and steal from those who are trying to help those in need.

The following three sections will help you make a better decision on how to provide help to others while protecting yourself, if you decide to assist:

1. Protect yourself from fraud

A. The Federal Trade Commission, the nation's consumer protection agency, has provided a "charity checklist" to advise consumers about donating wisely to charities.
If you are asked to contribute to a charity, you should:

a. Ask for the name of the charity if the telemarketer does not provide it promptly;
b. Ask what percentage of your donation will support the cause described in the solicitation;
c. Verify that the charity has authorized the solicitation;
d. Do not provide any credit card or bank information until you have reviewed all information from the charity and made the decision to donate;
e. Ask for a receipt showing the amount of the contribution and stating that it is tax deductible; and
f. Avoid cash gifts. For security and tax record purposes, it's best to pay by check - made payable to the beneficiary, not the solicitor.

The FTC works to prevent fraudulent, deceptive and unfair business practices in the marketplace and to provide information to help consumers spot, stop, and avoid them. 2. What and where to donate

In response to the earthquake and Tsunami in Japan, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is dispatching a Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART) and has mobilized its partners, the Fairfax County Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) Team and the Los Angeles County Search and Rescue Team. Each USAR team will be composed of approximately 72 personnel, search and rescue canines and approximately 75 tons of rescue equipment. The USAR teams will be accompanied by USAID disaster experts who will assist with assessments of the situation.


3. How you can help

Following a major disaster, most relief organizations and emergency responder agencies are extremely busy, even if they are outside the affected area. Organizations can become overwhelmed with too many volunteers. The best time to sign-up to volunteer is during a non-disaster time. This allows you to train with a disaster relief organization to be ready when the next emergency strikes.

25 yr old Long Beach Homicide, Suspect arrested, From Bail Bondsman in Long Beach

We at All American Bail Bonds have recently received information regarding the arrest of a homicide suspect of murder that happened over 25 yrs ago, The Following information was provided by the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department for release to the public.

Long Beach homicide suspect arrested, 25 yrs later
On April 29, 1985, 23-year old Joanne Marie Jones, an aspiring model, seemingly disappeared in the city of Long Beach, California.

After spending the weekend at her boyfriend's Long Beach home, Joanne left at 5:30AM to go to work in the city of West Covina, but she never made it there. Her car, a 1978 Chevrolet Camaro, had been parked at the corner of 1st and Cherry Avenue in the city of Long Beach, but it was also missing.　

Several days later, Stafford Joel Spicer, 33, a White male, was spotted driving the victim’s car in the city of Long Beach. Spicer was subsequently arrested by Long Beach Police Department officers.

On June 8, 1985, Joanne's body was discovered by hikers on a dirt roadway in a remote area of Azusa Canyon, east of Highway 39 on East Fork Rd, Azusa. The Coroner's Office determined that she had been stabbed to death.

The Homicide investigation was handled by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Given what was known at the time that her body was found, and what was known about Spicer driving her car, there was insufficient evidence to pursue murder charges against Spicer in a court of law.

In 2009, Sheriff’s Homicide Cold Case Detective Steve Davis re-opened this case. He uncovered additional biological evidence (DNA), and along with advances in technology and additional investigative follow-up, the case was presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, which determined there was sufficient evidence for a homicide case to be filed.

An arrest warrant for murder was issued for Suspect Stafford Joel Spicer, who is now 59 years of age, unemployed, and living in the city of Las Vegas, Nevada.

On Tuesday, March 8, 2011, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officers, assisted by Cold Case Homicide detectives with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, served an arrest warrant at the home of Suspect Spicer, in the 3000 block of Cabana Avenie in Las Vegas. Spicer was taken into custody without incident at about 5:00PM.

He is currently being held in the city of Las Vegas Detention Center pending extradition to California.

A 5-year child Rancho Palos Verdes child, abducted from a Carson child care center when he was three, was recovered safely in Louisiana on Friday. His parents were arrested in New Orleans by police officers and deputy United States Marshals.

Shalomiel Sol-El was placed into the care of his grandparents by the courts years ago, after repeated attempts by the County of Los Angeles to assist the parents in the proper care for Shalomiel. Shalomiel was suffering from numerous medical conditions that could have been prevented with the proper care and medication, but his parents refused to provide the child with necessary medical appointments, dental exams, occupational therapists and ophthalmology appointments.

Shalomiel was eventually placed with his maternal grandparents where a significant change was immediately evident. Shalomiel’s medical conditions improved and his speech was starting to develop.

Then, during a court appointed visitation on April 25, 2009 at a child care center in Carson, his parents allegedly abducted him.

The child's adbduction was investigated by detectives with the Carson Station of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. The case was referred to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children for assistance, after all leads had been exhausted by sheriff’s detectives.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, who work in conjunction with the U.S. Marshals Service and all police agencies, assigned the case to the Sex Offender Investigations Branch in Los Angeles which specializes in the apprehension of violent and high risk sex offenders, as well as handling child abduction cases.

Extensive efforts were made to find the child without success. This included extensive publicity and following up on any possible tips that resulted.

It seemed as though Shalomiel and his parents had disappeared without a trace for almost two years. Then on February 20, 2011, persistent police work by an observant National Park Services police officer resulted in the arrest of Ausar Allah-El, the father of the missing child.

While on patrol in New Orleans, Louisiana, the officer noticed something odd about a male who was panhandling at a park on his patrol route. Officer Pickard interviewed the panhandler and noticed he was nervous as he texted someone on his cellular phone. A warrants check revealed that the panhandler was Suspect Ausar Allah-El, who was wanted by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department for child abduction.

When Allah-El was placed into custody he indicated that his wife and child were with him in New Orleans.

With Allah-El in custody, the officer immediately notified the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children who in turn relayed the information to the case agent in Los Angeles.

The two week search for the mother and child was coordinated by the U.S. Marshals Sex offender Investigations Branch in Los Angeles and the Sex Offender Investigations Branch in New Orleans. They were assisted by the U.S. Marshals Service Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force in conjunction with the Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force, and the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Through multiple interviews and relentless investigative work, especially by the U.S. Marshals Task Force in New Orleans and New Orleans police officers, the child's mother, Suspect Serenity Sol-El was found on Friday, March 4, and placed under arrest.

Most importantly, the mother had five year old Shalomiel with her. Shalomiel was extremely malnourished and only weighed 38 pounds. He was immediately taken into protective custody.

"Shalomiel has made the trip from New Orleans back to Rancho Palos Verdes, and has been returned to the custody of his maternal grandparents," said Deputy U.S. Marshal David Dominguez. "He is beginning to adjust to living in a normal environment. Doctors say that although the recovery process will take a while, Shalomiel should thrive with the proper medical attention. Shalomiel is already scheduled to attend school and is getting his appetite back.

Suspects Ausar Allah-El and Serenity Sol-El are in custody in New Orleans for charges related to the alleged child abduction, with bail set at $100,000.00. Extradition to Los Angeles County is being sought by sheriff's investigators.

Dog Fighting Ring leads to arrest in the A.V., From Bail Bondsman in Palmdale

We at All American Bail Bonds were recently notified of the following information provided by the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department.

Dog fighting at residence leads to 17 dogs, arrests, cocaine, & kids taken into protective custody

An alleged dog fighting training operation at a Lake Los Angeles home was shut down today by sheriff’s deputies, and a couple was arrested for training dogs to fight, as well as for possession of cocaine. Their four children were taken into protective custody and seventeen pit bull dogs were recovered by animal control officers.

The dog fighting investigation began when a confidential informant called the LA County 24-hour Dog Fighting Tipline (877-662-3483) to report that people were training dogs for fighting. The tip was reported to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, who relayed the information to deputies in the Antelope Valley so it could be investigated.

Over the next month, Deputies Robert Ferrell and Fred Hill with the Sheriff’s Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) Bureau, investigated the dog fighting case, working with officers from the Los Angeles County Department of Animal Care and Control, and Lancaster Sheriff’s Station deputies. The deputies ultimately found sufficient probable cause to be able to obtain a search warrant.

At about 4:30AM Wednesday, sheriff’s deputies from COPS Bureau, Lancaster, and Palmdale Stations, joined by L.A. Co. Animal Control officers and LA Co. Dept. of Children and Family Services, went to the home on the 41000 block of 178th St. East, Lake Los Angeles.

Once there, they found an elaborate dog fighting and training operation.

On the property they found seventeen pit bull dogs, some of which were tied to stakes in the yard. Dried blood was found on a portable wooden fighting ring that was leaning against a wall.

They also found a large amount of medical supplies, including surgical tools and medication, IV saline solution, and syringes to administer medicine and to treat the dogs. Surgical tools and supplies, used to stitch up the dogs after being wounded in fights, were recovered.

Three treadmill type machines, used for the compelled physical conditioning of the dogs, were located. One of them was made of wooden slats.

Training records for the dogs, and study guides on the breeding of dogs and dog fighting were recovered.

All of the dogs were removed from the location by Animal Control officers. Many of the dogs found at the property had injuries.

Approximately one ounce of cocaine was also recovered.

Suspect Jesse Jimenez, 43, and his wife Suspect Yvette Jimenez, 41, were arrested at the residence for felony dog fighting (which includes training dogs to fight) and possession of a controlled substance (cocaine). They were transported and booked at the Lancaster Sheriff’s Station of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Later, during the interview process, both suspects admitted to their roles in the activity.

The dog fighting has apparently been going on in various areas in the Antelope Valley for several years.

Due to the circumstances, the couple’s four children, aged 1, 10, 12, and 14 were taken into protective custody by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services.

Dog fighting, cock-fighting, and other forms of animal fighting are not a sport, they are a felony. So is animal cruelty.

A conviction for felony animal cruelty can result in a sentence of up to 3 years in prison.
